Put a little sparkle in your step and your stem(ware)
It's December and there is a soirée around every corner.
We'll taste sparkling wines of all shapes and sizes for whether you want to find great bubbles to make the party sparkle, to gift to a (dear!) friend, or to sip by the fire. From Champenoise to Pét-Nat to Charmat, we'll taste the differences and tell you what it all means!
We'll be pouring:
- Le Vigne di Alice, A Fondo Brut (2014)
- Onward Wines, Malvasia Bianca Pétillant Naturel (2015)
- Domaine Belluard, Les Perles du Mont Blanc (NV)
- Tinhof, Sparkling Rosé (NV)
- Les Capriades, Piège à Filles Rosé (2016)

This tasting will be led by Jill Weber, Jet's owner and our Wining Archaeologist. Let her guide you through 5 wines and their unique histories.
