Spartacus... through wine!
Spartacus - the man, the myth, the legend! His life has been (partially) chronicaled, from his success in the gladiators' arena to his military prowess in leading a slave revolt in the Roman Republic, ca 73 BC.
Let's drink some wine and follow the path of Spartacus from his Thracian beginnings, training in Capua, refuge on Mt. Vesuvius, and eventual defeat at Senerchia.
His route will take us through these 5 wines:

- Mastroberardino Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio Rosso DOC 2010
