ABOUT ABOUT

Travels with Twain!

in 1867 Mark Twain traveled by ship, with a motely group of Americans, around Europe and the Middle East.  His impressions of the months-long journey to famous and historic places first appeared in newspaper columns, and were immortalized in his travelogue, Innocents Abroad - one of the best-selling travel books of all time.

We'll travel along with Twain and his companions, making some of the same stops they did and drinking the local wine.

Want to read along? The complete book is available, free of charge, from Project Gutenberg: https://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/3176
