Champagne is considered by many to be the finest sparkling wine available. But what is even better? "Grower" Champagne! Unlike most Champagne from the "big" houses, "grower" sparklers are made with grapes sourced from the estate's own vineyards.
This artisanal bubbly is riskier to produce, but has rewarding character and great terroir-expression when successful. It also produces unique wines whose flavors vary with the vintage.
