Pairing Loire Wines with Mexican Food
The fresh, flavorful foods of Mexico City pair perfectly with the Loire Valley's elegant wines.
Executive Chef JC Piña, of Cafe Ynez and Jet Wine Bar, has crafted a menu of classic Mexico-City dishes for us to sample. Each tasting course will be paired with a different wine. Wines have been selected by Mexico-City native and Loire-wine importer, Heinz Volquarts, of VinoBliss. Of course, Mexican wine is also good with Mexican food, and we'll have one of those, too!
