That is what we are here to find out.
With cultural influences wrought by the Protestant Reformation, taste-preferences of the Royalists and Roundheads, a stint in Amsterdam, and the world-changing maritime activies of commerce and exploration, what might these organic-farming exiles have drunk? Let's pretend!
