We are in the midst of our anniversary week at Jet Wine Bar (7 years!) and thought we'd go Old School with this Thanksgiving tasting. What does that mean? Old vines, old techniques, old families, and old grapes - all leading to delicious flavors.
Not only are these wines delicious, but they are great with food and stand up to a modern or an old-fashioned Thanksgiving dinner - whether you roast a turkey or brussel sprouts, have sausage stufing or stuffed peppers, eat cranberry sauce or that oddly appealing Ambrosia salad...
